Please note, that because a menstrual disc is a medical grade product, we cannot on-sell these goods and will have to dispose of it.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Hey Zomi directly via email email@example.com or through our website chat.
We ask all customers to reach out to us with any concerns or problems you may be having, so that we can offer suggestions and support. If problems still persist, we are very happy to refund you your full payment.

It is important that you email the postage tracking number, so we can both check that the returned goods have made it back to Hey Zomi headquarters.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping), directly into the account from which you paid within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
