The disc is so easy to use , I actually couldn't believe it . I've used other sanitary products for years and my friend said you need to try a disc. I was hesitant. I have heavy periods and usually would have to change every hour. With the disc on a heavy day it was 4hours which was amazing . Then on lighter days you almost forget your wearing it .wish I had changed sooner , such a good product , totally recommend

First off I’ll start off by saying I’ve always been a pad girl through and through I’ll chuck a tampon in if I’m swimming or if I have to, but I’ve always found them uncomfortable and hate pulling them out!! I’ve wanted to try a more sustainable approach for ages but was daunted by the horror stories of menstrual cups getting stuck and while I prefer pads I hate feeling like I have a nappy on haha, anyway I opted for hey zomi and I was going to wait until my cycle was over to write a review but I’m just too excited! Wow! So easy to take in and out, I can’t feel it at all when it’s in, doesn’t leak at all when I pee or otherwise and honestly it just makes the whole experience of bleeding feel so much cleaner not having to deal with dirty pads and tampons constantly, and I feel more connected with my femininity with this new understanding of how my vagina is actually operating and no longer feel like my period is a dirty, messy, burden! Love it! So stoked!

I love it. Im one to forget about a tampon during the week and would often leak. But with this disk, there's no worry about leaving it in for a bit longer as it wont leak. Easy to use, no issues, and better for our world. Easy to clean too! I also use it for sport as I do a martial art, not a single leak during any classes. I do pair it with the period bikini and still not a single spill. No hassle at all, I would definitely recommend and its worth the money!

I have the Hey Zomi disk and I love it!

I have always used tampons for my period and have tried a menstrual cup before, but I find the disk so much more comfortable and it feels less invasive to get in and out for me. I recently bought the Collapsible Cleaning Cup and it has been a game changer for sanitising my disk, so easy and efficient!

I really can't recommend these products enough, they're so easy to use, comfortable, and I feel great know I'm being so much less wasteful now by using reusable products!

I was today days old when I learned about how life changing hey zomi is. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I had to say, as a lifelong tampon and pad user (I’m in my 30s), it is incredible to me the amount of waste and money I have accumulated/ spent on period products over the years. I have previously tried a menstrual cup and couldn’t get on with it, but hey zomi is so easy to use. I just love the fact you can wear it for 12 hours and overnight and the ease of changing it during daily shower is awesome. I bought the microwave sterilising/ storage container and that is really cute and works well. The other thing I’m excited about is mess free period sex. I haven’t tried yet as am only on my second month of using hey zomi but have always been a hard no to period sex but think this is an excellent added benefit to the hey zomi design. Elite product guys 🙌🏻

The Hey Zomi disc gives the freedom and comfort to continue with life. It takes away the inconvenience and expense. It’s so good I can’t imagine ever using anything else.

The midi brief undies are amazing. I am especially enjoying the quick dry functionality. They also work great under formal wear for no panty lines, and don't ride up. Great product!

Wow! This has been an absolute game changer. So easy to use, more comfortable than a tampon and no string to get wet. Kinda wish I’d tried it sooner.

I've tried pretty much all of the different period products out there and I think this is my favourite! Way more comfortable than tampons and pads, and easier to insert and take out than a cup.

I must admit that I was really, really, REALLY on the fence about moving away from tampons and overnight pads. They had worked for me since my first period at 13 (now 33). I had honestly convinced myself that all these new fancy products weren’t for me. Even if I hated feeling like I was wearing a nappy overnight. Even if I always thought about bits of fluff from the tampon. And the dyes and chemicals. Even if I really didn’t like all the waste I was creating.
One night, in the depths of a post-partum sleep deprivation doom scroll, I came across an add for Hey Zomi, thought it looked simple enough and decided to purchase and save it for when my period inevitably decided to come back (spoiler: a week later).
With more than a little anxiety and risking it with white linen pants, I gave it a go and oh my goodness I am so glad I did!
Easy to use - Yes!
Easy to empty - Yes! (In the shower!)
Easy to disinfect/clean/put away for next time - Yes!
Wear overnight - Yes!
No more mental load of remembering if I have enough tampons/pads/where they are - Heck yes!

You won’t look back! The bundle has everything you need. And the disc itself? Nothing I imagined it to be. It’s way softer than any cup I’ve used and super comfy every day. And yes, they are correct when that say you can have sex comfortably

I have been using Zomi for almost two years now and it has been amazing. So easy to use and I forget that it’s even there! I love the ease of use and the hands-free emptying. I haven’t used pads for almost a decade and will never go back. The only thing criticism is that period sex even with Zomi is NOT mess free! So just be careful 😉

Post children my periods have been very heavy and nothing was working anymore, I’d tried it all different cups, discs and tampon brands. I couldn’t use anything without also wearing a pad or period underwear due to constant leaks until Hey Zomi. Easy to use, super comfortable, no leaks, 6hrs between changes. This product has made my period so much easier - thank you Hey Zomi you’ve given me my confidence back!

I've got your a hey zomi and I can empty it bearing down and leaning forward while sitting on the toilet. Then I sit up straight and do 2 or 3 Kegel contractions and it pops back in. Completely hands free emptying is a GAME changer. I was a committed period cup user for 15 years before trying the Hey Zomi disk. It's actually much more comfortable and easy to use. I'll admit I was sceptical for YEARS until I tried it. PS, this is not sponsored in any way, I'm a real life user who is so happy to forget I'm on my period!

My periods are painful and heavy, and I work long irregular hours at a physically demanding job, often without breaks. Before I got my disc, I had resigned myself to never finding a period product that didn’t mean some amount of constant discomfort. For me, tampons are uncomfortable and would leak and/or become displaced, pads had the same set of problems with the additional discomfort of feeling bulky and worry about odour. A few years ago I switched to period underwear, which was a huge improvement either of the above but which still have a lot of the same problems as pads do.

The Hey Zomi disc has been genuinely life changing. When in place, I cannot even feel it. It’s incredibly reliable, easily the most leak proof product I’ve ever used. It’s so small and discreet that, on days when I’m not sure whether I’ll bleed or not, I can just carry it in its bag in my pocket. It retains no odour whatsoever. It’s also incredibly economical. My first one is still good as new after a year of use, but because my ADHD self keeps losing stuff, I’ve bought several more in the interim to make sure I’ll always have a spare - so worth it.

The only time I even notice I’m wearing it is if (excuse the TMI!) I need to poop. Bearing down makes the disc move forward, which is a feature not a bug because it makes it easy to insert and remove and to empty hands free, but a side effect of this is that I sometimes feel like I might accidentally push it out. If I’m at home, I find it most comfortable to just remove it first and then reinsert after I’m done; if I’m in a public bathroom, I just hold a wad of toilet paper over the area to make sure it doesn’t come out too far.

All in all, the easiest five star rating I’ve ever given. It’s the only period product I’ve ever used that makes it possible to forget I’m on my period, and I cannot offer higher praise than that.
