The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

I am 37 ans have been using menstrual cups since birthing my son a few years ago, but I’ve always been disappointed in their performance (leaking, discomfort). So, I was curious but skepticism when it came to Zomi. After just one use, though, I was converted! The disc is super easy to insert (read the directions and try in the shower first!) and so comfortable, I didn't feel it at all. And best of all - no leaks! Totally sold on this and only sorry I waited so long before switching over!

I've only used it for one period so far, but would highly recommend trying a Zomi disc. It is so much better than pads, tampons and cups. I had used cups for years, but found they kept leaking and also causing irritation when inserting and removing. The Zomi disc goes into the correct position super easily, is very comfortable, doesn't really leak, and mess-free sex is possible! For me, coming from cups, there was no learning curve. Something I will note is that because of where it sits, it is a bit hard to fully empty my bladder with it in if it is full, unless I push hard or take the Zomi out. But unlike my cups, I don't mind emptying or taking Zomi out more frequently as it is a comfortable experience.

Don't hesitate just buy it! Best product out for periods.

I’m not exaggerating. For someone with a heavier period, this thing is life-changing. Only having to change every 8 hours and no leaks 🫶🏽

After having my first child last year, I've only had a few cycles. By the time I had my second once since childbirth, I forgot what it was like - how uncomfortable, inconvenient and gross it can be! I chose to invest in the Hey Zomi menstrual disc as a good alternative to pads and tampons.
I did find on my heavier days that it was a bit messy, but I'm sure with practice it will be smooth sailing from here! The easy empty is so easy too for when you're out and about or at work on heavy days. I found using period underwear for the first day and night helped me gain confidence in using it.
I did experience a leak on the second day but that was all my fault and now I know why it happened.

I LOVE the Hey Zomi! I have been wanting to try a menstrual product that is good for the earth for a while, but wanted a good recommendation. Hey Zomi was recommended on WDHTFT podcast… I have only used it for a week now in the shower but LOVE it! So easy to use!

This is honestly the best thing i have purchased. It helps with cramps, cant even feel it once its in, holds so much liquid it doesnt leak and the best part is i can have period sex too .
