The Hey Zomi Disc is round in shape and is 65mm in diameter. It is one size fits most and has a large
capacity of 52ml.

Its soft, smooth and flexible design means it will easily slide into place and mold to your body for a personal and comfortable fit.

Sterilise your disc before each period by boiling in water for 3 minutes.

You do not need to clean your disc during your period, simply remove, rinse clean and reinsert.

We recommend boiling your disc before your next period, so that it is clean and ready to go.

Amazing disc

Hey, I was a menstrual cup user for like 6,7 years then I moved to disc because it's the best no suction no struggling to stay in place, I was buying a loot of them until I find my lucky one the hey zomi!!! For me with low to medium servix it works, really fits me not too big not small just the right size and the ring it's a life changing for person with long long nails, makes the Proces easer, but if u have long nails u need to be carful on the insertion procces, I truly recommend this disc!!!! And no leaks at all!!!

Amazing, no leaks, super comfy

I've been using a cup for the last couple of years and would always be worried about leaks or have to put a bit of toilet paper in my undies 'just in case' I've now had 2 periods using the hey zomi disk and only had 1 leak once, but it's because I hadn't placed it correctly. Easy fix!

I've also noticed on my heavy days it 'auto-dumps' most times I make a trip to the bathroom so makes it super easy to manage. I hardly notice I'm wearing it, so comfortable. And definitely make intimacy much cleaner and a lot less awkward. I would highly recommend this

Burnt it to a crisp

Hi everyone, I'm so sad right now because my ADHD brain put my brand new disc on the stove to sterilise and instead of boiling it for 10 minutes, I boiled it for 2 hours :'( Will have to wait until I can afford to buy another one to try it out

Moved from a menstrual cup to HeyZomi disc

Glad I made the swap. The disc is more comfortable and the ability to empty without fully removing is convenient and necessary for me.
I am still getting used to inserting it: the disc is less rigid than the cup I am used to so I need to find the best position for me to insert otherwise it bends squishes up. At first I felt too scared to insert it so far in - I positioned it just past the bone structure but found it may have moved and leaked during the day. I now push it all the way back - it is still easy to remove. After using a suction style cup for years this disc is far more convenient and comfortable.

Frequently asked questions

There is absolutely no chance it will get lost. We get it! Inserting something inside your vagina with no exit rope is not something we have been programmed to do. But we promise, it won't and it can't get lost! If you have a high cervix and your disc sits higher than your finger can reach, simply use your pelvic floor to bear down and it will naturally push the disc towards your finger.

Your disc is made out of 100% medical grade silicone- one of the longest lasting and durable materials. It will last you many years if cared for properly. If you notice any tears or the texture of the silicone changes, it is definitely time for an upgrade. But please do let us know.

It is personal preference. We actually love having one of each!
The black is a great option if you don't want discoloration or staining over time. It masks the colour of your menstrual fluid if blood makes you a little squimish.

White is fantastic if you love seeing all the details. We think it's great to read our bodies and connect in with how our health is going by seeing the colour and texture of our period.

If you can feel the disc inside you, chances are it's not inserted correctly. Just insert your finger until you feel the rim of the disc and push upwards to make sure it is tucked up behind your pubic bone.

See our anatomy video here

If you have a low cervix, you may find you have to pull up with your pelvic floor muscles to get that good tucked feeling - imagine you are trying to draw everything upwards inside your vagina.
