Making the switch from tampons to a disk or cup has been on my mind for ages & I finally bit the bullet and decided to try Hey Zomi. I will admit I was a bit nervous for the first time trying them - the worry of it getting 'stuck' as i've never used a product like this before. Second cycle into using the disc though and I feel like i'm able to use it with much more confidence and wondering why I put off the switch for so long! So convenient not having to worry about changing products for the whole day, super easy to keep clean, really soft/comfortable & easy to insert. I haven't yet nailed a mess-free change or empty but being able to just do it in the shower keeps it as easy as can be. I'm converted!

After using the disc for three periods, I can confidently say I’m choosing the disc. No suction, it adapts naturally to my anatomy, and I find it so much easier to insert, secure and remove.

It took me a little while to understand how to use it properly, but honestly, the game changer for me is using it while sitting on the toilet. Once I figured that out, everything became so much easier.

What an incredible invention! I also felt really supported throughout the whole experience because it’s not just about selling a Hey Zomi product — it’s about educating the customer, providing information and making you feel confident using it.

Super comfortable, I can still run and play sports while wearing it. Easier to insert than a tampon, never going back to tampons!!

This has been an absolute game changer!
I’ve tried other cups etc, none have been as comfortable as this. I forget it’s even there. Great design, comfortable and overall amazing!
