These are great! I have them in every colour, they are so comfortable I forget, literally, forget I have it in. It holds enough for me for 12 hours. I have moderate to heavy flows and ongoing spotting, so I find it great for both. I highly recommend the new collapsible cup thingy! I can carry it when I need to and I can add the tablet and clean them too. If you have been thinking about trying a disk... Try This One!

Loved this cleaning cup, it was released just at the right time before I was due to go on a family holiday - of course it had to be timed with "that time of the month" *insert eye roll* having the disc and the cleaning cup made it so much easier - no rubbish to dispose of and once my period was finished I was able to pop it in the container to clean discretely without anyone else seeing it. Bloody amazing! (no pun intented, promise!)
