Mum of 3, and it's fantastic to put in and not have to think about for the whole day especially running around after kids. Can't feel it at all, easy to put in and take out. Would definitely recommend.

Best thing I have ever spent my money on!!

I was doubtful to invest money in a new kind of cup, but so happy I made the swap. Traditional suction cups were always a hassle and sometimes painful experience for me. This disk is sooo much easier to insert and remove. For my fellow surfing girls: this works amazing, even on the heavier days. I find it way easier to empty and reinsert in a public toilet than a traditional cup. Highly recommend this to all my friends. I just wish I ordered the cleaning cup with it straight away - I thought it was included.

What a pairing with my disc that I also LOVE!

I really wanted the Hey Zomi disc to work for me, but unfortunately it just wasn’t the right fit. Since having my baby, I’ve found that my body has changed quite a bit, and finding the right cup or disc has been much more challenging than before. I experienced ongoing issues with leaking and difficulty keeping the disc in place, even after trying to reposition it.

That said, I still felt it was important to leave this review because the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. Liz has been incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. When they say they offer refunds, they truly mean it—no hassle, no back-and-forth, just a straightforward and honest approach.

It’s rare to come across a business that stands so firmly behind their word while also being so caring in their communication. For that alone, this has been a 5-star experience.

I've started using hey zomi disc. It's so easy to use, working well, no leaking if inserted the right position. No more worries about bringing all the menstrual pads or tampons. This is a gamechanger for me, I am so glad I finally tried it and now I love it❤️
