Easy to use, comfortable and leak free.
I have done gym, road trips, hikes and swimming (yes swimming with no worries or gross wet tampons to deal with) I also always found I got worse cramps wearing tampons but not with the hey zomi I’ve never been able to use menstrual cups as I have a low cervix and a tilted uterus, so they were uncomfortable to wear. I tried 3 brands and gave up all hope Do yourself a favour and invest in you. Get your life back when you have your period It’s worth a try!

I have been using the HeyZomi disc for a couple of months now, and I am super happy with it. It took a bit to find a disc that worked well for me and my anatomy, but with this disc it was a perfect match. Definitely my favourite period product. 100% worth it!

Love the dish as it flattens with the cup making it discreet then easily pops back out for use.
So useful for travelling as well as at home.

I love these so much compared to the ones I bought at woolworths, they really are true to size, unlike the tight fitted ones that dig in. I have tried so many hoping to get a better fit and these are the ones! So silky and stretchy and they absorb so well, I have such a heavy flow. I will definitely be getting more of these and I like using the bikini style for the gym or running too. So happy with these

I LOVE this disc. It is so thin and flexible. It's my first experience with a disc and I won't go back to tampons or period undies. No leaks, no smell, easy to use, totally comfortable and waste free - what's not to love?!

I got my disc from Woolies but saw these while checking out the videos and they are SO easy and convenient! Especially when we’re away in the caravan. Storage and easy cleaning all in one when paired with the collapsible container. Total winner and wish I’d discovered Hey Zomi ages ago

These are a game changer. So ridiculously comfortable — the midi length is perfect and they feel like regular undies, which honestly blew my mind. I'd never tried period underwear before and now I can't imagine going back. Zero leaks, zero stress. Hey Zomi, you've got a customer for life.

Where have these been all my life? The brief fit is so comfy and flattering, and they work beautifully — I felt completely secure all day. I was nervous to try period undies for the first time but these have made me a total convert. Already stocking up on more. Obsessed is an understatement.

I previously had tried the MyMimi cup and loved the concept but was still dealing with some leakage. I swapped to Zomi as I saw the size was slightly bigger, and it’s worked great. No longer have to worry about leaks or changing tampons. I empty and reinsert the disc at 7am and 7pm, so no longer even think about it during the day. Would absolutely recommend!

I cannot recommend these enough for anyone looking to avoid the chemicals found in standard menstrual products. Even compared to organic pads and tampons, these are in a league of their own. Transitioning to these has been a huge step in taking control of my period and overall hormonal health. I've already purchased sets for all the women in my family because I want them to experience the same benefits :)
