Very satisfy

After years of having an IUD and then getting it taken out; I needed something I could rely on and not worry about. Hey Zomi menstrual disc is perfect! I got the period undies as well which are great either on that last day of your period or as extra heavy flow protection.

I was so hesitant to go from tampons to using this disc. But omg I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner!!
It was a slight learning curve on placing it in the right spot and getting in the right position to do it. But it’s been amazing ever since!! I work long days in a trade and often don’t have access to a toilet where I’m working, but being able to have the disc in all day has saved me from having to worry about that!! I can’t even notice it being there, and I feel better by not using disposable menstrual products made from concerning materials. I have been recommending this to all my friends and gals in my footy team!!

My journey started with a cup a little over a year ago, it was good knowing I wasn’t adding to waste by using tampons, however, it was extremely painful and I was in fear every time I had to insert it dreading that “pop”. Then came along Hey Zomi, the videos on their website were extremely informative and they said I wouldn’t feel any uncomfortable “pop”. So I ordered a disc.. Learning to insert the disc for my body was a learning curve, however after reaching out to the support team they were so kind, reassuring and sent me a lot of tips and videos to educate me properly to avoid leakage. It feels empowering learning about your own body and having products like the disc to ensure I can go about my day without worrying about leaks and accumulating waste with tampons / pads. I have also purchased the collapsible holder which stores my disc perfectly and allows easy cleaning, and I have tried their lube and cleaning tablets. They have everything I need to help me through my cycle AND most importantly, there is no more dreaded “pop” the disc is so comfortable to wear, no more standing still waiting for the painful pop I can just insert and go on with my day. Absolutely gobsmacked by the Hey Zomi menstrual disc. I've used multiple menstrual cups over the years and always had to re-find the right fit after each baby. This disc was comfortable from the very first use, had zero leaks, and was incredibly easy to remove. It's the first period product that has worked perfectly for me straight away.

Literally the best product ever! I used to have to change my tampon every hour or two on my heavy days and now i dont need to do anything for 12 hours! Makes my work days a breeze.

I love the hey zomi period undies and have used period underwear for so long now. I always take a clip lock plastic bag to the gym or work because I like to switch over into fresh pairs of undies during the day. So much better for me and the planet doing this- but carrying the used period underwear around was just annoying. This little double zipper bag solves all of that! I've even used it to carry my wet swimmers in after training in the pool. Sooo good! Thanks for thinking of this one girls!
