My first disc! I luv it!

Best period product I’ve used. Comfortable, effective and hassle free. Now own two so I have one to keep with me on the go and always recommend to everyone I know!

A friend recommended Hey Zomi to me when I publicly complained about pulling off a motorway to change my tampon. I’d used a menstrual cup previously but found it messy and the material it was made of hard and stained easily. I decided to give Hey Zomi a try and couldn’t believe how thin the material is and how easy it is to use. The way it comes out is mess-free and I love the ethos of the brand and that it’s led by sisters. You might be reading this review wondering if it’s worth trying. Please do. It really will change your relationship to your period. Also the packaging is fab and the cleaning tablets so easy & add subtlety to a task that isn’t so glamorous.

I have tried multiple cup brands, this was my first disc & could not believe the difference in comfort, support & protection. So much so that I have ordered one for my teenage daughter to try

Love this. Easy to insert, easy to remove. No leaks. Can’t imagine a period without it.

Perfect for learning to use a disc. Makes insertion easier, more comfortable, and i like that it is safe for silicone discs.

So light, flexible and soft that I don’t even feel it in there. Capacity is not an issue and so far no leaks. Way better than moon cups that I’d used for years but often found uncomfortable due to the suction and harder material. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried so many alternatives to pads and tampons and this disk is by far the best!

I have never felt completely comfortable with tampons so I was sceptical for if this would work better but I will never go back! I didn’t even know I had the disc in. Amazing! I got a second one! Now I am going to try and use the tips and tricks to learn how to self empty to make it even more convenient before removal.

I love the new collapsible cleaning and carry cup. It makes it so much less effort and also is discreet when cleaning my disc. Great for storage too. Thanks again for making another brilliant product Zomi.

After years of using cups and finding the suction, insertion and removal painful, I finally tried a disc!! I won't go back!! Firmness is perfect for me, easy to insert and remove. I have a light to medium flow so capacity is never an issue but even on my heaviest days, I'm never worried about leaks as when it gets full it self-empties some of the contents when I go to the toilet.

I’ve never thought period product could be like this! I’ve never felt that comfortable and dry when I am on my period. I’ve always wanted to try cups but have heard people say that they hurt. But the period disc is easy to insert and take out, with the auto empty function, it is amazing! I’ve already recommended people around me to try and they all love it!

Love my Hey Zomi! It’s changed my whole experience- much more comfortable than a cup in my opinion, easy to use and easy to clean - highly recommend.
