HOW TO USE A MENSTRUAL DISC

This is honestly the best thing i have purchased. It helps with cramps, cant even feel it once its in, holds so much liquid it doesnt leak and the best part is i can have period sex too .

This menstrual disc is up there with the inventions of post it notes, cable ties and sliced bread!
First time I tried it and out went my stock up of monthly products, this is the only thing I will ever need!

I was a bit worried to try as I couldn’t deal with a menstrual cup but I’m glad I took the plunge and tried hey zomi as with my job I don’t always have a toilet accessible every three hours for me to change a tampon. It is easy to use, comfortable (like you aren’t even on your period), and I find I have less menstrual pains when using them than I did with tampons. This has been a life saver!!!

I had used a cup for many years, and got a bit scared after I had kids when I appear to be “between sizes” as the larger one I purchased actually got stuck and I had issues with leakage. I had tried a disc, but it didn’t have a handle, and having a high cervix meant that it was very difficult for me to remove. I saw the Zomi disc and thought it looked perfect with its handle, although I was still worried I would have difficulty with removal. After having successfully used it for my first period since I received it, I can report it was really easy, just as easy as a tampon (and so much better for me and the environment). I am very happy with it. Still learning with emptying, but I am certain that this will get easier with subsequent use :)

I always used to find tampons so uncomfortable and difficult to get right but the disc is so comfortable and super easy to put in, the instructions are so clear and I can wear it for my entire work day where I lift heavy boxes and am always bending down. It doesn’t leak or move and is easy to quickly remove and empty, it’s a little messy so far but I’m just getting used to it as I’ve only used it for one period. I love that it’s sustainable and I don’t have to buy so many pads and tampons, can’t wait to use it swimming in summer😁

this disc is literally a game changer. The fact that it empties itself is amazing. I’m lying on my couch on day 1 of my period (normally a heavy day) with cramps and zero worries about the fact that I’ve got light grey pants on. Seriously cannot get over how convenient this product is.

I have used a menstruation cup for decades, not only for menstruation, but also as an effective way of managing post-birth incontinence when I go running. My sister suggested that I try a Hey Zomi because of the damage that the suction that can be caused by other styles of cup. I now realise that there are a lot of 'bits' in my internal anatomy that appear to have dropped (really should get that looked in to) so I needed to stop using a heavy suction cup. Hey Zomi is gentle, comfortable and effective for both running incontinence and periods so I highly recommend it.

I used a diva cup before and I wish I changed sooner! So easy to get out and in. Doesn't hurt at all. And doesn't leak except if it's super heavy and your peeing/pooping a little comes out. Made my periods so much more bearable!!! Absolutely love it!

So easy to use, no leaks even the first time I used it. Couldn’t get a menstrual cup to work for me, would always leak and be uncomfortable. Would 100% recommend this product!

This might be TMI but I have always had a heavy period, going through several tampons a day as well as using a pad just in case of leaking- I never leaked, not once using the disc.
It was super easy to insert, a little practice to empty during the day but otherwise I found it amazing. Wish I had one earlier

Absolutely love this!! It is super comfortable, easy to put in and take out, and I can leave it in all day with no leaks! Pro-tip: empty in the shower and close your eyes hahah

My HeyZomi has been amazing in Thailand! Loved not having to worry about it all day until I got back to the hotel whilst out on mopeds. Also, wearing my bikini and not worrying about the discomfort or string of a tampon popping out 🤣❤️

I’ve been a menstrual cup user for five years now due to my period being too heavy to use tampons (I was leaking through a super tampon within 20 minutes on my heavy days) - I seen your product through an ad on my Instagram feed and boy am I glad I dived deeper and placed an order. I was intrigued as to how a menstrual disc would be different from a menstrual cup (I find my menstrual cup gets uncomfortable on the days toward the end of my cycle as my cervix seems to lower and the stem of the cup is irritating). My Hey Zomi arrived just in the nick of time and I was able to put it to use this month, on opening my order I was intrigued about the circumference compared to my cups and the absolute softness of the disc - I was amazed that I COULD NOT FEEL A THING. All I have to say is, well done team, well done 👏🏼

I’ve been using another period cup for ages. And I started using this cup from Thw Hey Zomi from last month. I was surprised how easy to put it in and even you can take half way out without taking it out. This is a life changer and I’m so glad that I tried using it!
