The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

I’ll admit that when I purchased my Hey Zomi, I was hopeful but sceptical. I’ve used it for 2 cycles now and wish I’d bought one sooner. It’s easy to insert and you barely know you’re wearing it. I empty and reinsert in the shower which makes it hassle free. I’ll admit I wear a liner just to be safe because it’s only new, but I think in time I’ll have the confidence to go without. I also feel like it’s great for my pelvic floor. Still getting the hang of emptying through the day without removing it. I love it though and if I lost it I’ll or it broke I’d jump on and buy another one that day. I especially like it for night time. I never felt like I could wear a tampon all night so would struggle through with pads or period underwear, I was conscious of the bleeding all night and would wake up having to get straight in the shower. Hey Zomi makes such a difference at night. Thank you for creating such a fantastic product.

I'm a long time cup user so I was tentative to try a disc. The biggest difference I’ve noticed, was there’s no suction - surprisingly a bonus. The difference in insertion is hardly worth mentioning. As a cup user who’s comfortable with my body, it took reading the instructions and a few tries to correctly insert.
I loved it being black - no stains, the handle - easy and good instructions. Zomi lost a star for the Intimacy feature - not tested and Self empty feature - still unsure.
Overall the Zomi gets a four out of five

My first period has passed and I still haven't mastered the placement though. I'm starting to wonder if not everyone can use menstrual cups?

Finally got to use my Hey Zomi menstrual disc. Definitely happy with the purchase. Was over using tampons and having to change them so often. Was easy to use (inserted pretty easy and didn’t need any lubricant). The only thing I found was I leaked a little on my 2nd and 3rd day (likely not inserted quite right and feel like I had a super heavy flow this month). Was also a little messy but lucky I was at home mostly when emptying it, felt like it needed a rinse each time. All in all a really good product, will definitely continue using!! Would definitely recommend!

Bought this for my daughter and she has raved about it! Was a relief for her to not have to change her tampon every hour whilst it’s heavy! No leaking and everything it promises. Wish I had a uterus so I could try!! 😂😂 such an awesome product that will also save $$ - how good.

I’ve never leaked so much. I’ve been using menstrual cups for years and this one I have to empty sometimes every hour or it leaks despite it not being close to full. I keep looking at the instructions but I’m doing everything on there. Doesn’t at all work for me :( sadly I’ll go back to the traditional style of cup
