Amazing product.

Mine arrived just in time for last month’s period. I was really nervous about how it was going to go. I am a sexual assault survivor who has struggled with any products since it happened. I am also a mum with a slight prolapse. This product has been life changing for me!!!! Once I got it in place (which only took a couple of tries to make sure it was right) I could surf, run, swim and play with my kids - it didn’t move Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product. I can’t feel it, so it doesn’t hurt like tampons or a cup, and it doesn’t need to be changed so often, which makes dealing with it all soooooo much easier for me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Best support for post Mirena removal first period!

I just had my first period in 5 years after mirena removal and used the Hey Zomi disc. Thank goodness I had it! As a loyal tampon user prior to the mirena, I decided to try a menstrual disc as I don't always have access to a toilet every 4 hours when I am working. My period was extremely heavy which I've heard is something that can happen after removing the mirena. If I didn't have Hey Zomi I would have bled through my tampons while I was working. I thought it would take me a while to get used to inserting the disc in the right position and I was open to switching back to super tampons if I needed, but after only one day I considered myself an expert and was recommending it to all of my friends. The first few times of inserting I was worried that it wasn't in the right spot and played around with it a bit, but by the end of my period I was whipping it up there as quickly and easily as a tampon (except the disc is far more comfortable with less friction). I was SO worried about having a natural period again after spending my whole life on contraception, but using the disc has eased my nerves about it and I feel a lot more confident about getting my period next month. I was so confident that I even had mess free sex with it in! I really doubted that it would work due to the fact that it doesn't feel like it goes that far up when inserting, but it didn't affect my pleasure at all (it felt no different to me) and my husband said it felt different but not in a bad way at all. My advice is just give it a go. I am not the sort of person that would go for a natural or alternative product, but I am really glad that I did. I am 100% converted. Also great resources available online and on the Hey Zomi website that were really helpful when I was nervous about using it for the first time.

So far so great! I actually have only used this once but very pleased with everything about it so far. Found it very easy to use and very comfortable! I’ve had pain and suction issues with other menstrual cups but not this one! So glad to have changed to it. Thank you Hey Zomi team!

A god send

So important context, I have a chronic pain condition where I was born with too many nerve endings in my vagina (yeah it's as bad as it sounds). Long story short I have a lot of pain day to day life and tampons and menstrual cups have been out of the question because they sit too closely to the entrance and cause me a lot of pain. Hence why I have ventured out into menstrual disc territory since they sit so high up.

This disc is a god send! The rim is thin and soft enough that it inserts fairly easily with minimal pain (which is good for me) and sits inside me without any leaks. Because of its size it sits inside me without being detectable (which I had experienced with a previous disc).

My only small complaint is that sometimes the disc shifts and the pull tab thing sits a little too low causing me some discomfort/pain despite shoving that thing as high up and behind my pubic bone. This would probably not be a problem for any one else who doesn't have chronic pain, but for those that do maybe keep this in mind if you are considering this disc. However, the pain is something I am used to and only bothers me when it sits a little low after initial insertion.

If you have been considering getting this disc, consider this as your sign and try it out!

Does work for me

I loved the concept, but unfortunately the zomi doesn’t hold in position for me. It pops off my pelvic bone with in seconds.

Best menstrual cup

I have tried another brand but found this to be superior in ease of insertion and overall comfort. I was also able to wear it in the pool without it filling with water which indicates the suction was really effective. I am really happy with this product and will be recommending it to others.

So happy I gave this a go. Definitely a game changer.

Good concept

I do really like this disc. I've been using discs for about 4 years now and wanted to give this one a go. I really love discs that have handles or something to make pulling out easier. This one is a great size, very well suited for a lot of different bodies. The only thing I struggled with is the finger loop. When inserted I could feel it coming out even though the disc was sitting in properly. I've tried pushing it in higher but it simply doesn't go any higher. It is tucked correctly behind my pubic bone but the loop still sticks out and is uncomfortable. I have figured out I can still wear it but just with the loop on the side. This in turn makes removal more difficult. I love the concept of this disc I just wish it was shaped in a way that I would have the option to tuck it under the disc.

Do yourself a favour - get one! !!
Easy to use - a game changer.
I found reading the tips and tricks page very informative and this led to my first use being a smooth, leak free wk.

Zoomi disc black

I’ve been with the menstrual cup for years but I’d never tried to disc and it was so not what I expected. Super easy to insert, no suction which was a bonus. Easy clean up and no irritation or mess during sex. My boyfriend absolutely loved it. I have officially converted
