I have been using a menstrual disc for 3 years. Recently decided to try the Hey Zomi disc as I liked the design of the handle and slightly smaller size. It has a softer thinner rim compared to the other brand I was using (Hello Disc). This makes it more comfortable but it does tend to slip down slightly when the disc is full +/- coughing and straining. I use a washable pad to compensate for those heavier day. All in all I love my Hey Zomi disc. Has revolutionised my period management.

I wish I got onto this product sooner, absolute game changer. I don’t think or feel like I’m on my period the whole time it’s doing its thing. No stress of having to go into my bag and sneak out a tampon and change it.
Like did I really use to touch that gross bin that everyone uses? No more! These are genius, easy to use and carefree!

I was sad to get my period back postpartum until I found this product! Was completely blown away by how easy it was to insert and how comfortable it is! Literally couldn’t even feel it at all, just slipped it out whilst in the shower morning/night - so easy! Favourite part is that there is no tampon string getting in the way, would absolutely recommend this to my friends!

I have never tried a cup or disc before hey zomi. Hey zomi made it super easy to use and I feel so good about reducing menstrual waste from pads and tampons

I love my disc, its completely changed how I manage my period. I love how empowering it is to set and forget. It took a little bit to find and place properly over my cervix. I watched the video on how to find it and I even learnt something about my body. Thanks for making my life easier! You guys are so great for making this product. I work in construction and I don’t always have the best facilities available which makes period time less than ideal. I have used a cup previously but I found it always leaked and sat uncomfortably. I bought the hey zomi and had very low expectations but it very quickly proved me wrong. Insertion was easy, no “suction seal” required. It was super comfortable, I could not feel a thing. I went about my life - physical job, gym and general living with absolutely not problem, no leaks. Just full of confidence. My partner and I also get intimate and he said he couldn’t feel the disc and neither could I. I have recommended this to everyone I know.

I always been hesitant to use silicon products as alternative to pads and menstrual briefs. No leaks, no mess and stays in place. Ofcourse I tried it for intercourse too and its wonderful! Yey! Can recommend to all my girlies out there!

After using a menstrual cup previously and having a traumatic experience, I was on the look out for something alternative but reusable. I had been seeing Hey Zomi on Facebook for a while and was about to purchase one when I stumbled across one in Woolies! Perfect!
The disc is actually life changing. After only a couple of attempts and a quick FB message with the super helpful team at Hey Zomi, I felt like I had it mastered.
Post baby my periods are unpredictable and often heavy, I love that I can pop the disc in prior to when I am "due" and not be surprised by my periods having started unexpectedly.
No more spending money on tampons, amazing!
I am trying to convert all ofy friends and will try and sell this disc to anyone that will listen!

From the start , for some reason there was a differnt address in my shipping information ( my own fault ) , I messaged there instagram and they replied so quickly trying to assist me - I was able to redirect it and it got to my house within the week, my period came the next week , I was having trouble with it, still leaking

I reached out again .. AMAZING response time and a huge help, I had the disc in incorrectly and used her help to adjust it ! Not a single leak since, inserting now is SO easy! Basically like a tampon , WAY easier than my old cup which I could never get right and would always leak. I don’t get a bloody hand now that I’m using my disc!!!

I’ve used a menstrual cup for many year and that took some getting used to in the start, but the disk is just even easier. She goes in smoothly (which I sometimes found harder with the cup) but the Hey Zomi disk design is beautifully made. The little handle makes removal a breeze… I couldn’t be happier with this new find!

Honestly, I was super sceptical - never tried a cup or disc before, and tampons were never really my thing. Kept seeing the ads and thought, “alright, let’s give it a crack.” Took a bit to get the hang of the whole insert/remove situation, but once I did? Game changer. The little handle is genius - makes it way less awkward to get out. Didn’t think I’d ever recommend a period product, but here we are. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my purchase. The cleaning tablets work very well to de stain my old cup too! Worth trying!
