Bought these after researching why the smaller suction style cups were painful and leaking and discovered the differences in make and why they differ. Trialed these with the view of holding 4x super tampons per the advertising, and whiskey they may not hold that exact amount when in due to anatomical pressure in the cups meaning pressure from all angles, with a liner to show if your full, and the handy pull loop to partially remove, to empty in the toilet and reinsert, these are an absolute no brainwr and once you I stand where it need to sit to cup your cervix and the frequency to empty, honestly and absolute bargain in comparison to transition disposals! I have two and use one regularly and empty and clean daily, then have the other in my purse if I’m caught off guard. Highly recommend!

I have now used the HeyZomi for 3 full cycles. To say this has changed how i view and navigate my periods is an understatement. There is no more dred around that time of the month and having to change pads or tampons. Periods for me are not stress free. It has taken me 3 cycles to navigate the correct positioning first time around and after last cycle I would say I am now a pro. I forget I even have my period! I am 35 years old and I can not believe it took my a year to take the leap and purchase the HeyZomi. Never again will I go back to using pads or tampons. Amazing product!

Bought the Hey Zomi disc a few months ago and I love it! Really easy to insert and to clean.
I was using a cup before and the disc is way more comfortable as the material is soft. It took a day or two to get use to the "leaking" when peeing but it is actually just the disc emptying itself. Definitively recommend it

I've used a keep cup for 20 years (I was ahead of the 'trend') and I've always loved it. I started seeing Hey Zomi and really wanted to try it but sat on the fence. One day there it was at Woolies and I had to have it! I have never looked back!! Easy to insert, once in you honestly forget its there or that you have your period. The cup used to interrupt my stream when going to the bathroom because of the suction effect, but not the Zomi disc. Getting all my friends on to it one by one as well!

A bit tricky to use at the start. but with a bit of practice and the support of the amazing heyzomi girls I learned how to properly insert the disc without any leaks😍will never go back to a cup or tampons! Very much recommend!

I have used one other menstutal disc before, enjoyed it but was time for a change. Found Hey zomi was easier to access and decided to try it. I am loving it so far. I find the shape is a perfect size for me, which means less leaks, and the pull tab makes removal much easier. Although I am not a disc newbie, I highly recommend hey zomi to beginners.

First time using my Hey Zomi and can't believe how easy and comfortable it is to use. I've already bought another 4 as gifts for family and friends so they can understand how good this product is. Have been emptying in the shower so far which makes it super easy and a little nicer to clean. Slept with it last night with no stress of leaking on to bed sheets. Love that I don't have to fuss around with a tampon string when going to the toilet. I could keep on going on with raving about this product. Wish I had bought one sooner

The disc design makes it so easy to enter and there’s no suction making it more comfortable. I like that it can last the day even on a heavy flow. I’ve tried everything and this disc is the absolute BEST!

I have never tried anything like the menstrual disc but it has changed everything. It is so easy to apply and you don't even though it is there. Highly recommend to anyone that is fed up of using tampons and pads, love it.

I’ve been a user and huge fan of the menstrual cup for over a decade. I’m so glad I decided to give the Zomi disc a try - it is a game changer. Much more comfortable and yes it is mess free, even in bed ! Ive been recommending it to everyone I know.

I was so sceptical. Postpartum, my period has changed and I was finding tampons uncomfortable for 3 of the 5 days that I have my period. After a best friend chat full of TMI, my oldest friend finally convinced me to try this disc. Ohhhh my god. I am SO happy I did!! Guys, this is a GAME CHANGER! I literally almost forgot I had my period. I emptied and cleaned my disc in the shower morning and night and other than that, would not have known I had it. This disc is so comfortable, cannot feel it when it’s inside, so easy to insert and remove, easy to clean, leak free - even at night!! Just the best. I’m so happy I finally tried it out, and now it’s my mission in life to convert all of my friends!

Ah, finally, a product that works for me! I tried the menstrual cup for a while at different times, but I always found it so tricky and cumbersome to use. I have heavy periods, accompanied by intense pain (thanks endo/adeno). I used my Zomi disc on my recent moon and I am so happy with it! I decided to wear a pad/period knickers for the first few days, just in case of any leaks, but once I got the hang of it it worked a treat! Using your pelvic floor muscles to empty it when you go to the bathroom works so well - no mess! I am so happy and relieved to find a product that works and that takes me away from using tampons and creating all that extra waste, plus the cost of them. I’m singing Hey Zomi’s praising to all my girlfriends and recommending they try it. Thanks so much!!
