Sterilise your disc before each period by boiling in water for 3 minutes.

You do not need to clean your disc during your period, simply remove, rinse clean and reinsert.

We recommend boiling your disc before your next period, so that it is clean and ready to go.

Genius design!

I wasn’t sure…

…but I am a convert. I have a levator avulsion from giving birth (twice), and have had heavy periods since my second kid. A simple change to make a big difference

This device was waaaay easier to use than I expected. The silicone Is so so soft and cannot feel it inside you whatsoever. I also love that it’s given me back my freedom and no longer need to plan my day around toilet trips. I’m so glad I took the risk and ordered it. I’ve already told so many friends about it. Where have you been all my life?!?

To call it a “game changer” is an understatement. I used a cup but really struggled getting it in and out. Plus there was a bit sticking out that hurt sometimes. This is sooo easy to use and you can empty without having to fully remove it!

It’s just brilliant! Can’t feel it like a heavy tampon, doesn’t move once in place like a tampon, no dirty string like a tampon, better for the environment, better for your body, easy to clean, easy to use, comes with a cute storage bag, don’t have to carry multiple sanitary items.
