Easy to insert and remove. Experienced some leaks with heavier flow.

…but I am a convert. I have a levator avulsion from giving birth (twice), and have had heavy periods since my second kid. The disc has been a game changer for me, and I’m so much more comfortable and feel more secure than I have in a couple of years. Looking forward to buying a second, and some of the cleaning tablets which could make life easier.

This device was waaaay easier to use than I expected. The silicone Is so so soft and cannot feel it inside you whatsoever. I also love that it’s given me back my freedom and no longer need to plan my day around toilet trips. I’m so glad I took the risk and ordered it. I’ve already told so many friends about it. Being a woman isn’t always easy but knowing that there are devices like this empowers me.

To call it a “game changer” is an understatement. I used a cup but really struggled getting it in and out. Plus there was a bit sticking out that hurt sometimes. This is sooo easy to use and you can empty without having to fully remove it!

Third time using and trying different techniques and it seems to not sit right plus leak. Unfortunately not for me. Back to a cup I go

Great product, easy to use once you get the hang of it

It’s just brilliant! Can’t feel it like a heavy tampon, doesn’t move once in place like a tampon, no dirty string like a tampon, better for the environment, better for your body, easy to clean, easy to use, comes with a cute storage bag, don’t have to carry multiple sanitary items. It just works, and it works bloody well! Why haven’t I used these disc before 🫶🏼

Not good if u have very weak pelvic floor (After 3 kids). Have tried and tried all sorts of positions but the handle end keeps slipping down and protrudes out no matter how far I tuck it in behind my pubic bone, causing big leaks and mess. I have a very low cervix which also doesn’t help.
Works great for my partner tho

As a previous attempter of a cup and having a horrible experience it was a daunting task for me to take on a new fandangle tool. When I say daunting, I mean it took me 5 years to give another product again and I just wish I knew about Hey Zomi earlier. It’s been absolutely life changing. I decided to test it on day one of my period (risky I know), I had an hour before yoga which I thought I’d need the full amount of time to figure out how to put the disc in. I got the disc in FIRST GO! It was super super easy. I decided to wear a pad to yoga as extra protection and I was sure it was going to be a blood bath. Let me tell you, not a single drop came out and I was doing some interesting poses. I then decided to have no back up protection when trying it for my first sleep, and also to my surprise, NO LEAKS. Then whole week that followed of my period was such a freeing experience. I was so comfortable and not stressed at all. I wish I did it sooner! I wish I bought a two pack! I wish I had shares in the company for the amount of people I’ve convinced to buy it since then!!! Thank you for making an amazing product and giving me confidence when it’s time to flow, whether that’s in yoga or that time of the month ;)
