I would definitely recommend Hey Zomi ! It is life changing. I have been using classic cups for 8 years now and the difference in confort is incomparable. With Hey Zomi I cant feel the cup at all, so easy to put on and off and empty

I can’t believe I was so scared to use one of these discs! I am allergic to pads and tampons so every month was a struggle. I haven’t even felt like I was on my period this month. If you are on the fence about trying this product, don’t be! You won’t regret it.

Years ago I switched to cups and loved them because pads and tampons caused a lichen sclerosis flare but since childbirth I have had no luck. I have short canal, a bit of an anterior prolapse and everything is weak af so they would pop out when coughing/sneezing or cause too much pressure that it blocked the pee coming out. The fb add for ‘hey zomi’ convinced me to try the disc. It is super easy to insert and take out after watching the video, heavy flow days need a back up, like period pants or more frequent emptying, it doesn’t irritate or stretch things too much, I can’t feel it once it’s in, once I was in a squat and pushed and it did move out a little (but I think that’s my anatomy and lazy manual handling at work).
I love it so much, I feel clean and 95% safe!

I have an exceptionally heavy period and a very high cervix. I can fill up 8-10 30ml menstrual cups in two days and I almost always leak overnight even with a cup. I also have, on occasion, a 'gush' of excessive blood, which causes significant leakages and embarrassingly overflowing pads and cups.
Hey zomi has been a game changer. I was speculative as to whether it would work or not...but it is fantastic! It is easy to insert and I've had little to no leakages. I was recently at a conference during my two heavy period days. Usually I'd have to empty the cup every two hours and regularly change pads when I leaked, but I was able to use one pad the whole day and hey zomi self-emptied in the toilet.
I've stopped worrying about those heavy gushes as hey zomi holds it well. I do have to get up in the middle of the night to empty it out, but it was so much easier than a cup.
It also sits in position much easier than a cup.
It is very messy taking it out, but once I realise I've got to be sitting down over the toilet to get it out it was much less messy!

After having kids and finding tampons really uncomfortable, I started using a menstrual cup which I was pretty happy with, but I didn’t like the suction when trying to remove so I thought I’d try the disc. It’s so much more comfortable than cup, easier to insert & easier to remove (though messy the first few times!). I have also happily bought one for my daughter to try when she is ready (I was reluctant to get her a cup due to suction). Highly recommend disc and wish I made the switch years ago!

I am a long-time menstrual cup user who switched to this product due to difficulties with using a cup after having four children. I thought I'd never have success at getting any cup staying put inside and that my insides were 'broken'. I put off getting this disc because I thought it would slip out just like the cups (I was using the post-pregnancy ones as well). I also recall using a disposable cup from available at the turn of the century that had a rather rigid rim, so thought this might be similar. I was so wrong and so pleasantly surprised using the zomi disc! It didn't push out our dislodge even once, held my heavy first-day flow, and it felt like butter upon insertion and retrieval. I would recommend this hands down to any woman looking to save money and the environment as well as gain in comfort and ease!!

So comfortable and easy to use, I love that I can use it at any stage of my cycle from spotting to heavy days. Not having to deal with the mess and discomfort of tampons has been a game changer, not sure how I’d been menstruating for 20 years without it! Love my Zomi!!

I've been a tampon user for as long as I can remember, since my teens, and pads just never cut it for me. But lately, tampons have been feeling super irritating, and I needed to find an alternative. I tried period underwear, but it just wasn't my thing. So, I decided to give menstrual discs a try, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised.
Inserting the disc was a breeze, and once it's in, I don't even feel it. Sure, on the first day, I had to empty it every 3-4 hours, but that's pretty much the same as changing tampons, so it wasn't a big deal. Plus, I found that I could easily empty it while having a shower on the other days. And can we talk about the mess-free sex? It was a game-changer, no issues there at all.
It might be a little too early to say it yet, as I only have used it for one period yet, but…I think I'm officially a menstrual disc convert. It's been a pretty great experience so far, and I feel more comfortable and less irritated during my period. I'm just glad I found something that works for me, especially after using tampons for over 20 years.

I have to say I’ve used pretty much every product disposable and reusable and the disc is by the far the less intrusive feeling. One thing I would say though is after using other products maybe coming with a warning about the mess when you pull it out . Or example videos with water - just to not get a shock .

I tried to clean it out during the day and got a messy shock quickly learnt that we should just leave it there until the shower 🫣😂 other than that . Amazing product .
