I first tried a menstrual cup and it did not go well. After seeing the disc, it just seemed like it would be easier to use and boy was I right! I got the hang of it from the very first go and it's such a breeze to take out. Life changer.

It's 10x better then the period cup, it doesn't hurt when you put it in or out. Easier to clean. I love it!

I am in awe with this. My period has become a lot heavier since having children, to the point that it interferes with my lifestyle. The first and second day is always a VERY heavy flow, to the point that I even get clots and it is just the most uncomfortable feeling. I usually wear period underwear, that could never hold my period and I would leak out onto my clothes. I would also have to change them up to 6 times during the day. I have a very busy lifestyle with 4 children and the last thing I need is period marks in my clothes whilst running around. I would always dread my period approaching and try to plan my days around it and avoid going out on the first heavy flow day. I wore this today and for the first time I haven't leaked. It is so easy to insert and I can barely feel it. Usually I can feel my period leaking into my underwear. With this disk, I don't feel the flow. I'm surprised I've not had to empty it once today. My son had a birthday party straight after school today and I was able to go about my day feeling confident, knowing I wasn't going to leak into my jeans. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend these enough! Without a doubt, they’re the best product I’ve found for managing periods. I used to feel so anxious on my 2nd and 3rd days due to heavy flow, especially when dealing with work events or worrying about bed sheets while trying to sleep. Since using this product, that stress is a thing of the past. It’s easy to insert, completely comfortable, and does an amazing job. Plus, it’s simple to clean and sterilise. I can finally live my life without worrying about visible underwear lines or leaks—no more anxiety. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends!

I bit the bullet and when straight into using my zomi after my period returned post partum and I am so impressed with the design and how easy it was to use. I don't even notice it's there and slept comfortably through the night with no leaks or issues.

First time user here and could not recommend more!! My periods have been much heavier since having children and I was leaking through tampons within an hour or 2 and had to wear pads which I hate!!! I was able to wear Zomi for 12 hours with no leaks!! It’s super easy to use and I don’t dread my periods now!!

After trying a cup many years ago that ended very uncomfortably I was scared to try again with a disc...so glad i finally did. Comfortable, practical, easy, and no more monthly spends or toxic things in or near me. Feeling liberated.

The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

The disc had exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried at first about how it would fit, as someone who’s only worn pads, but surprisingly it only took one attempt! Sometimes I forget I’m even wearing it, and it’s such a relief to know that I’ll never have to buy thick pads again. I am so glad I took the jump and made this purchase.

I have used 2 different menstrual cups and this has been the most comfortable and convenient by far. The other ones used to leak a lot, and you had to take them completely out to empty, wipe them down or wash them to put them back in. With Zomi you can just use one finger to slip it out partially so that it empties into the toilet then push it back in, only needing to use one finger. It's so convenient and it's also easier to clean and dry than the other cups I've had.

A wonderful product! I have found it so comfortable that I genuinely forget I've got it in. No leaks at all, even on heavy days and I love the convenience of being about to empty it without fully removing it if you are not at home. 100% recommend!

I’ve been using one of the suction moon cups for about a year now just because I’m adamant I’ll never use tampons again but OMFG zomi is incredible! I wish I knew about it sooner. So easy to insert and remove and removal isn’t giving me PTSD anymore!

I switched from a cup to undies a while back because my cup had started to leak - I'd been completely sold on the cup for years thought it was the dream invention! A couple of years ago the cup started to leak - I had been using a cup for several years so it wasn't insert technique, I'd tried changing sizes, the cup was relatively new, I'd followed all maintenance instruction .... perhaps my body changed but I just couldn't get the cup to work for me any longer.

I switched to underwear which although in some ways felt like less effort I didn't like their bulkiness under my clothes, no swimming/taking a bath, having to rinse them thoroughly at end of use (after a long day at work with stomach cramps who has the energy!!) and even with proper care I found them smelly after a year of use meaning I was replacing them every 12mnths (are they really that sustainable if they suggest you need to replace them every two years - remembering you need multiple pairs for a single cycle - and that's not to mention the cost.)

Cycle 1 with my HeyZomi disk has been the most comfortable period I've ever had!! I was so surprised at how quickly I got the hang of the insertion technique and came home at the end of Day 1 to almost forget I was wearing it (or even had my period!) No discomfort, no leaks, no smell, no visibility - it is magic! Not to mention what a confidence boost - no more wondering if people can see my period undies or worrying I'm going to leak!

Swim in it, jump it, laze around in it! It's comfortable, it's sustainable and it's a confidence boost what more could one who bleeds ask for!
