I wish this had been invented 20 years ago!
I re-read the instructions 10x times before I gave it go ( after sterilising) .. went in first try , pinching the sides is really the trick , then tucking the rim behind the pubic bone .. not going to lie I checked multiple times during the 30 mins after I inserted whether I could still feel the ‘handle’ of the disc so I knew I could remove it .. I’m sure I’ll be a pro in no time . I didn’t feel any pressure that i get with tampon’s or string hanging out to be in the was when I have to pee , it’s like it’s not even there :)

I have been using my hey zomi disc with the cleaning tablets for the past 6months. I love how easy the disc is to use, and more hygienic than alternative period products. No smelly period smells. The disc is comfortable to wear, I dont feel it at all. The learning curve was easy and the support videos are really helpful, especially the one about finding your cervix. The cleaning tablets give me confidence that I am looking after my disc properly.

Okay, I’m obsessedddd - these are seriously amazing! I pair them with my little ultrasonic cleaner and wow… perfection. Everything comes out so fresh and spotless, and it feels so good knowing they’re totally hygienic for next use. Trust me, add them to your order. Total game changer!

Overall, give it a try as it’s down to personal preference. I certainly prefer this disc to tampons. I ordered two initially but ended up only needing one. It’s taken me a few cycles to be able to get used to using the disc. Mostly because I needed to practice taking it out in the bathroom so when I’m in a public bathroom I know I can do it. I’m still not a pro but I’ll persist because it certainly makes life easier especially if I’m at home anyway and can insert and take out in the shower. I like the cleaning pods too. So overall I think it’s worthwhile with a bit of patience. The advice from the website and follow up emails have been really helpful and thorough.

I thought I had to replace my (white) zomi after a year or so, but then I saw the tablets were available and thought I'd give it a shot... I left my cup in overnight, and it is almost back to white! It was more stained than the one in the promotional video, and now I'm happy that I don't have to buy a replacement cup :)

Lots of leakage from me, really wanted it to work! Did all the recommend things but perhaps prolapse issues are getting in the way.

I had previously reviewed these tablets to say that they did not work for and the lovely team reached out to discuss this with me. They informed me that the formula had changed and kindly offered to send me some of the new ones so that I could try them out.
Well, these work like a charm! I had resigned myself to having a permanently stained white disc (it was EXTREMELY stained, as you can see from the photo - only minimal amounts would come off even with a microfibre cloth) but I left it in this new formula overnight and no jokes, it looks like new. I was hoping it would take off some of the marks but I never dreamed it would get the disc back to a perfect, bright white! So impressed.
I will say that I find I need to leave it soaking overnight to fully remove all the marks, if I only leave it for a few hours it doesn't quite do the trick. But overnight and it's perfect. I will be using these from now on!
